Advanced Hourly Support Rate and on-site support is billed hourly in 15-minute increments at $150/Hr.

PLEASE NOTE: After your warranty period ends we will bill hourly for all advanced and on-site support.

(1) Requires using dedicated support phone number or email to submit request
(2) Requires network appliance and compatible power products
(3) Requires additional Epic mechanical monitoring equipment and Epic monitoring. Adds $50/mo to each plan
(4) Requires Epic alarm and fire equipment and monitoring with Epic.
(5) Fully customized to clients specific needs, and budget.
(6) Request needs to be submitted by 2pm to receive same day callback.
(7) Request needs to be submitted by 7pm to receive same day callback.
(8) Checklist completed at time of new installation, then renewed annually thereafter.
(9) If not on an upgrated Plan, you will be charged per incident for remote or site service during normal business hours. No other plan benefts apply.
